Items purchased online are generally processed, packed and shipped within 24-hours of receipt from Seattle, WA. Packages are sent either USPS First Class Mail or UPS Ground depending on the weight and destination. Most shipments are received in under 5 days. If you require rush delivery, please contact us in advance of placing an order to see what is possible and associated fees.

Standard shipping fees are a flat $10 per order automatically added at the time of checkout. Orders larger than $150 are eligible for free shipping, which can be selected from the shipping menu at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

When your item ships, you will receive automated email notification from "Sergius and Bacchus <noreply@shippingeasy.com>" through our shipping software. This email will contain shipping tracking information for your order.

If you are ordering items as a gift or would like them shipped to another address other than the billing address, you may simply check the box next to "Shipping to a different address?" on the checkout screen and enter the preferred shipping destination.
